Tips For Growing Gorgeous Hair

1) Put the Curlers/ Straighteners down
I'm sure you would have heard people lecture "no heat" but it really is a hair life saver! Heat is super damaging to the hair and can make the ends really weak, so if it's luscious locks you are looking for, you're going to have to sacrifice the ringlets.
2) Don't over wash it
Our scalp needs natural oils in order to stay healthy and so daily cleansing will strip our hair of its natural oils causing it to either produce more causing overly greasy looking hair, or becoming extremely dry and often flaky. nice. It is advised to wash your hair once every two to three days and this can really help keep your mane really healthy and happy.
3) Get out of my face
Keeping your hair loosely tied up whenever possible can help protect the ends from splitting, when it is not tied up it is a lot more likely that you will be playing with it throughout the day which can slowly make your hair greasier as well as damage the ends. But I stress, don't tie it tightly as this can really damage it.
4) Trim when necessary
I don't think there should be a scheduled time limit when getting a trim, just be aware of the condition of your hair and you should be able to judge when it is time to get the chop. Again it doesn't have to be loads off of your ends, just enough to keep it in good condition.
5) Be mindful of what you are putting in your Barnet
This one can be a bit trickier as it can be hard to tell what is what in the ingredients section of the bottle of hair products. Just watch out for any harsh chemicals and sulphates which are really not good for you.
6) You are what you eat (and drink)
Don't forget that having the right, balanced diet and drinking enough water can have a massive impact on the condition of your locks. Watch what you eat as much as possible and make sure you are getting as many vitamins and minerals as possible. I promise you will notice a difference if you persevere.
Lots of love,
